The Spotted Wolffish

Anarhichas Minor (Olafsen,1772).

The Spotted Wolffish is calm, social and is perfect for breeding in closed facilities. Through optimization of the environment and feed, we ensure high fish welfare, minimal environmental footprint and a consistent, unique quality. This guarantees a white meat with fantastic structure and mild taste.

The Spotted Wolffish is very rich in protein and contains a lot of vitamin D which strengthens and maintains the skeleton. It also contains B12, which contributes to the production of red blood cells. This makes it an excellent alternative to meat. If you take into consideration that the fish is relatively lean (8.6% fat), has a high proportion of the important Omega-3 fatty acids, and almost no carbohydrates, the Spotted Wolffish is perhaps the finest fish the aquaculture has to offer.
